Triumph Motorcycles has officially launched its updated 2025 Triumph Trident 660 in India with improved hardware, and fresh color options to its popular middleweight roadster.

This bike has been launched at the starting price of Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom) offer a premium yet accessible entry into the world of inline-three motorcycles.

So, lets dive into the features which are available in the 2025 Triumph Trident 660.

2025 Triumph Trident 660: Design and Dimensions

The 2025 Trident 660 retains its muscular, minimalist streetfighter design with subtle updates. It has been launched in four new dual tone color options Yellow, Red, and Blue with blacked-out bodywork. Additionally, it has been equipped with compact LED Headlamp with DRLs, sculpted Fuel Tank with deep knee recesses, minimalist Tail Section with integrated grab rails.

Talking about the dimensions this bike has a seat Height of 805 mm, Kerb Weight of 190 kg with 14L fuel tank full, Wheelbase of Approx. 1407 mm, and Ground Clearance of 160 mm (estimated).

2025 Triumph Trident 660: Engine and Performance

The Trident 660 continues with its proven 660cc liquid-cooled, 12-valve, DOHC engine, which generates maximum power of 81 hp and peak torque of 64 Nm. For transmission this engine has been mated with the 6-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch.

The top speed of this bike is around 212 km/h and it can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 4.5 second.

This engine offers a unique blend of low-end torque, mid-range punch, and top-end refinement—ideal for both city rides and weekend blasts.

The ARAI mileage of this bike is 15 km/l and its real-world mileage is approximately 18–20 km/l (highway), 14–16 km/l (city).

2025 Triumph Trident 660: Suspension and Braking

The 2025 model gets a major suspension upgrade. Now, it has showa SFF-BP USD forks (non-adjustable) at the front and preload-adjustable monoshock unit at the rear end. It has 17-inch alloys wheels with Michelin Road 5 tyres.

For braking it has 310 mm twin discs with Nissan calipers at the front and 255 mm single disc at the rear with Dual-channel standard.

Triumph has packed the Trident 660 with more tech than ever. this bike has three riding modes (Road, Rain, and new Sport mode as standard), Cruise Control, Bidirectional Quickshifter, Bluetooth Connectivity integrated with TFT display,  Full-LED Lighting (Headlamp, indicators, and tail lamp), switchable traction control and ride-by-wire throttle.

This bike also has some premium features like Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Heated grips, USB charger, and Scrolling LED indicators.

2025 Triumph Trident 660: Price and Variants

The 2025 Triumph Trident 660 has been launched in India at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs 8.49 lakh for the standard Jet Black variant. Triumph is offering three new dual-tone color options priced at Rs 8.64 lakh (ex-showroom).

The on-road price in Delhi for the base variant is estimated to be around Rs 9.60 to Rs 9.75 lakh, while the dual-tone versions could go up to Rs 9.90 lakh, depending on insurance and registration charges.

However, it does face heat from several middleweight streetfighters in India like  Kawasaki Z650RS, Honda CB650R, and Kawasaki Z900.
