Car maker Audi has finally unveiled its third generation 2026 Audi Q3. It is one of the best selling car in the company’s line-up till now Audi has sold around two million units globally. This SUV comes in both SUV and Sportback body styles.
The latest Q3 model comes with more sharper design language, extended digital features and new hybrid powertrain which will increase its electric range capabilities.

2026 Audi Q3 comes with micro-LED headlights
In terms of design the third generation Audi Q3 has updated front fascia with a wide signature grille and sleek headlights. Audi has also introduced new micro-LED digital Matrix headlights with adaptive and customizable lighting signatures.
In terms of dimension the Audi Q3 is 4,485mm in length, 1,849mm in width, 1,585mm in height, and a wheelbase of 2,680 mm.
Audi Q3 has a boot space of 488-liter in the SUV version, which can be expanded to 1,386-liter with rear seats folded. Apart from this rest features of the car is similar to the current generation model.
Cabin of Audi Q3
The new Audi Q3 introduces several segment-first features in its interior. A redesigned steering control unit frees up space in the center console, while two multifunction stalks handle gear selection, lighting, and wipers. Additionally, acoustic glass is available for the first time, enhancing cabin insulation and comfort at higher speeds.
All models come equipped with a sliding and reclining rear bench, adding versatility for both passengers and cargo. This emphasis on practicality makes the SUV well-suited for families as well as buyers who need additional space for luggage or everyday storage needs.

Powertrain of 2026 Audi Q3
The new Audi Q3 comes with a choice of engines worldwide. It starts with a 1.5-litre TFSI petrol engine with mild-hybrid tech, giving 148 hp. There’s also a 2.0-litre TDI diesel with the same power, ideal for long trips.
The most exciting option is the plug-in hybrid, which makes 268 hp and uses a 25.7 kWh battery, offering up to 119 km of pure electric drive (118 km for the Sportback) as per WLTP tests.
The third-generation Audi Q3 is likely to make its India debut in 2026. Once launched, it will compete with other luxury compact SUVs such as the Mercedes-Benz GLA, BMW X1, and Volvo XC40.
