Expected Design of the Renault Kiger Facelift
The upcoming Renault Kiger Facelift gets a refreshed and sharper look while retaining its compact SUV stance. The front sports a redesigned grille with Renault’s new logo, a reworked bumper, and sleeker DRLs with a split-headlamp setup.
New 16-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels and glossy black accents enhance its sporty side profile.
At the rear, updated bumpers, a roof spoiler, and revised C-shaped LED tail lamps add a modern touch, making the facelifted Kiger more stylish and premium than before.
Renault Kiger Facelift: Powertrain
The Renault Kiger Facelift will continue with the same engines as the current model. It will be offered with a 1.0-litre petrol engine that makes about 72 PS and 96 Nm, available with either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox.
There will also be a 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine producing around 100 PS and up to 160 Nm, paired with a 5-speed manual or CVT automatic.
Renault is also expected to keep the CNG option with the regular petrol engine.
Renault Kiger Facelift: Cabin
The upcoming Renault Kiger facelift gets a refreshed and more premium cabin with upgraded materials and improved comfort.
The dashboard has been redesigned with soft-touch elements, while the upholstery looks more upmarket. It is expected to feature an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital driver’s display, and a multi-function steering wheel.
Added conveniences such as automatic climate control, multiple USB charging ports, and a practical center console make the cabin more modern, user-friendly, and appealing for daily as well as long drives.
Price and Availability
The 2025 Renault Kiger facelift is scheduled to launch in India on August 24, 2025, with bookings beginning the same day. The compact SUV is expected to be priced between Rs 6.20 lakh and Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom) depending on the variant.
While the powertrain options are likely to remain unchanged, the facelift will bring refreshed styling and updated features to make it more competitive in the segment. With these updates, Renault aims to strengthen the Kiger’s position against rivals in the compact SUV market.
