Hero MotoCorp has recently launched the all-new Hero Xoom 160 Adventure scooter in the Indian market. The company has begun accepting bookings for this model, and the delivery timeline has now been announced.
According to media reports, Hero is set to start delivering this Adventure scooter from September 2025.
If you have already booked one, get ready to bring your Xoom 160 home! The Xoom 160 will be available at the company’s Premia showrooms, which provide a premium ownership experience.

Features of the Hero Xoom 160
The Hero Xoom 160 is an adventurous scooter that stands out in India with its rugged design and modern features. It has bright LED headlights and taillights, along with halogen indicators for better visibility.
The scooter includes a digital TFT display with Bluetooth, navigation, and smart-key options for convenience. Its dimensions are 1,983 mm in length, 772 mm in width, and a seat height of 787 mm, giving it a sturdy presence on the road.
Xoom 160 comes equipped with 156 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve unit that generates 14.6 bhp and 14 Nm of torque. It comes with a smooth CVT gearbox. Weighing about 142 kg, the Xoom 160 offers around 40 kmpl and can reach speeds close to 100 km/h, perfect for city and highway use.
For safety, it features a front disc brake with single-channel ABS and a rear drum brake. The suspension includes telescopic front forks and dual shock absorbers in the rear, along with 14-inch alloy wheels and block-pattern tires for better traction.

Price and Rivals in Indian Market
The Hero Xoom 160 comes at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.48 lakh. It competes directly with scooters like the Yamaha Aerox 155 and Aprilia SXR 160.
Bookings are already open across dealerships, requiring a token amount of Rs 7,500, with deliveries starting this month.
