Mercedes-Benz has introduced the updated 2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class in the Indian market, and customer deliveries will start by the end of March. This new model is an improved version of the V-Class that was earlier sold in India from 2019 to 2022.
The V-Class LWB comes with multiple colour options, including metallic shades like Sodalite Blue, Rock Crystal White, Obsidian Black, and High-Tech Silver, along with a non-metallic Alpine Grey option.

2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class: Design
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is a large luxury MPV measuring 5,370 mm in length, 1,928 mm in width, and 1,880 mm in height, with a long 3,430 mm wheelbase.
It gets a premium front grille with a big three-pointed star logo at the centre. Key exterior highlights include AMG-style air vents on the bumper, Multibeam LED headlamps, LED light strips around the grille, logo projection puddle lamps, LED tail lights, 18-inch alloy wheels, and roof rails.
The MPV also offers powered split tailgate and electrically operated sliding doors for added convenience.
2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class: Powertrain
The 2026 Mercedes V-Class is offered with two engine options. The V300 d diesel version comes with a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine, while the V300 petrol model features a 2.0-litre petrol motor supported by a 48V mild-hybrid system. Both variants are paired with a smooth 9-speed automatic transmission.

Inside, the 2026 Mercedes V-Class features a large touchscreen infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster with steering-mounted controls.
The gear lever is placed on the steering column, creating more space between the front seats. The front seats offer memory and ventilation functions along with extendable thigh support for extra comfort.
The highlight of the cabin is the lounge-style rear seats, which come with massage function, extendable calf support, cup holders, and a wireless charging pad for premium comfort.
It comes equipped with a Burmester sound system, 64-colour ambient lighting, heat-insulating glass, 7 airbags, 360-degree cameras, driver attention monitoring, an advanced ADAS suite, and standard air suspension.
2026 Mercedes-Benz V-Class: Price and Rival
The price of this vehicle in the Indian market is Rs 1.4 crore (ex-showroom). In the luxury MPV segment, it will take on rivals such as Lexus LM and Toyota Vellfire.
