Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 Spotted Testing Again with Semi-Fairing: Key Details

Royal Enfield is actively expanding its middleweight lineup, and fresh spy shots reveal the upcoming Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 testing on Indian roads. The prototype showcases a distinctive semi-faired cafe racer design heavily inspired by the brand’s GT Cup race machines.

Featuring significant mechanical and chassis upgrades over the current GT 650—including dual front disc brakes and a larger parallel-twin motor—the Continental GT 750 is set to become Royal Enfield’s flagship performance motorcycle upon release.

The newly spotted test mule features a retro-styled bikini fairing integrated around a circular LED headlight, giving the cafe racer a sharp, aggressive front fascia. Other prominent visual updates include blacked-out alloy wheels, bar-end mirrors, and a single-piece stepped seat.

To handle the increased performance, Royal Enfield has equipped the test bike with twin disc brakes at the front—a major hardware upgrade for the twin-cylinder platform.

Suspension duties are managed by conventional telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers. The test vehicle also features redesigned, slimmer twin upswept exhaust mufflers in a blacked-out finish. Instrumentation appears to be a single-pod cluster, likely housing the circular TFT display seen on newer RE models.

Engine Specifications and Performance

At the heart of the Continental GT 750 is an updated, larger-displacement air-and-oil-cooled parallel-twin engine shared with the upcoming Himalayan 750 platform.

The 750cc motor is anticipated to produce around 55 PS of power and 60 Nm of peak torque. This marks a noticeable step up from the 47 hp output of the existing 648cc engine. The motor will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox, with an optional quickshifter expected as a factory accessory.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Expected Price and Launch Timeline

The Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 is expected to make its official debut at upcoming global events such as Motoverse or EICMA, with an official India market launch targeted for late 2026 or early 2027. Positioned above the Continental GT 650, the faired 750cc variant is expected to carry an estimated ex-showroom price of around Rs 4.10 lakh.
