Suzuki V-Strom SX Gets New Colour at Rs. 2.02 Lakh: What’s New?

Suzuki Motorcycle India has introduced a new colour option for the Suzuki V-Strom SX adventure motorcycle in India. The new shade combines Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray and also gets revised graphics.

Suzuki has kept the price unchanged at Rs. 2,02,118 ex-showroom Delhi. The latest update does not bring any mechanical changes to the motorcycle. The V-Strom SX continues with its 249cc single-cylinder engine, six-speed gearbox and adventure-focused hardware.

Suzuki has also announced a Rs. 5,000 Rynox voucher for buyers, subject to applicable terms and conditions. The new colour gives customers another option without changing the motorcycle’s existing specifications or equipment.

The new Suzuki V-Strom SX gets a Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Matte Fibroin Gray colour combination. The new finish also features revised graphics, while the motorcycle retains its existing adventure-tourer design.

It gets a sharp front beak, LED headlamp, tall windscreen and an upright riding position. The motorcycle continues with a slim body and touring-focused layout.

Suzuki has retained the knuckle covers and rear carrier as standard equipment. The V-Strom SX rides on a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. It also offers 205mm of ground clearance, which helps the motorcycle tackle uneven roads and light off-road sections.

Engine and Performance

The V-Strom SX continues to use a 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine. The motor produces 26.5PS at 9,300rpm and 22.2Nm of peak torque at 7,300rpm. It uses Suzuki’s Oil Cooling System (SOCS), along with Suzuki Eco Performance technology.

A six-speed gearbox sends power to the rear wheel. Suzuki has not made any changes to the engine or transmission with the new colour update. The motorcycle continues to focus on a balance of everyday usability and touring performance.

The company has also retained its existing mechanical package, so buyers will not see any difference in engine output or riding performance with the new colour option.

Features, Brakes and Safety

The Suzuki V-Strom SX gets dual-channel ABS as standard along with disc brakes. It also features LED lighting and a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster with Suzuki Ride Connect.

The system connects with a smartphone and provides connected information through the Suzuki Ride Connect application. Other equipment includes a USB charging outlet, Suzuki Easy Start System, windscreen, knuckle covers and a rear carrier.

The 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheel setup, combined with 205mm of ground clearance, supports its adventure-touring character. Suzuki has not introduced any new electronic safety or rider-assistance features with this colour update.

Suzuki V-Strom SX Price and New Offer

The Suzuki V-Strom SX costs Rs. 2,02,118 ex-showroom Delhi in the new colour. The price remains the same as the existing colours. Suzuki is also offering an assured Rs. 5,000 Rynox voucher, subject to terms and conditions. Financing options include loans of up to 100 percent, with interest rates starting at 6.99 percent for eligible customers.
