Honda 2-Wheeler Sales Grow 13% in October 2026, Exports Rise 35%
Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) recorded total sales of 7,34,566 units in October 2026, registering 12.91% year-on-year growth over 6,50,596 units in October 2025. Domestic sales reached 6,64,831 units, while exports contributed 69,735 units.
Both segments recorded growth compared with the same month last year. Honda also reported a 4.01% month-on-month increase over September 2026, when it sold 7,06,266 units.
The company attributed its October performance to steady festive-season demand, supported by its product portfolio and a nationwide network of more than 7,000 touchpoints.
Honda 2-Wheeler Sales October 2026: Year-on-Year Performance
HMSI recorded domestic sales of 6,64,831 units in October 2026, compared with 5,98,952 units in October 2025. This represents an increase of 11%. Exports also delivered strong growth, rising 35.03% to 69,735 units from 51,644 units a year earlier.
As a result, Honda’s combined sales increased by 83,970 units during the period. Domestic sales contributed the larger share of the company’s total volume, accounting for around 90.5% of October sales.
Honda did not disclose individual model-wise sales figures for motorcycles and scooters.
Honda 2-Wheeler Sales October 2026: Month-on-Month Performance
Honda recorded total sales of 7,34,566 units in October 2026, up 4.01% from 7,06,266 units in September. Domestic sales increased 4.41% to 6,64,831 units from 6,36,768 units in the previous month.
Exports also recorded a marginal improvement, rising to 69,735 units from 69,498 units in September. Domestic sales added 28,063 units month-on-month, while exports increased by 237 units. The growth in domestic volumes accounted for almost the entire monthly increase in Honda’s combined two-wheeler sales.

Honda exported 69,735 two-wheelers in October 2026, compared with 51,644 units in October 2025. This represents 35.03% year-on-year growth, with overseas shipments increasing by 18,091 units.
On a month-on-month basis, exports grew slightly from 69,498 units in September 2026. Exports accounted for around 9.49% of Honda’s total October sales.
