Bike company Aprilia has introduced its all new Aprilia SR 175 MotoGP scooter in India. Company has launched this latest scooter at the starting price of Rs 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom).
This scooter has been based on the SR-GP Replica 175 hp-e, it gets a sporty look borrowed from Aprilia’s RS-GP race bike, with eye-catching graphics, bold red and purple highlights, and sponsor stickers.
The scooter’s engine and hardware remain the same as the standard SR 175, but the fresh design and race-themed details make it stand out, giving buyers a stylish option that adds a premium, performance-oriented feel.

Design of Aprilia SR 175 MotoGP
The SR-GP Replica sports a matte black base livery with vivid red and purple graphics inspired by Aprilia’s MotoGP race bikes. Sponsor decals and Aprilia branding run diagonally along the body, including the footboard and side panels.
The wheels are blacked out, and the front rim gets a red stripe for extra visual punch. Matte black grab rails, a tinted visor, and sporty styling cues complete the race-inspired aesthetics.
The MotoGP edition gets the same 5.5-inch colour TFT display as on the standard SR 175, with Bluetooth connectivity allowing call, music, and navigation functions via a smartphone. It has been equipped with LED lighting (headlamp, indicators, tail) is standard, along with a USB charging port and underseat storage.

Powertrain and Features of Aprilia SR 175 MotoGP
Aprilia SR 175 has been equipped with the 174.7 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine borrowed from the standard SR 175 hp-e. This engine delivers around 13.08 bhp power and 14.14 Nm of torque. For transmission this engine has been paired with a CVT transmission.
For transmission this engine has been mated with the telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock unit at the rear.
For braking, it features a front disc (ventilated) and rear drum configuration, with CBS / single-channel ABS for added safety.
Price and Rivals of Aprilia SR 175
Aprilia SR 175 MotoGP has been launched at the starting price of Rs 1,23,000 (ex-showroom), the SR-GP commands a premium over the regular SR 175 hp-e.
Its rivals in India include sporty scooters like the Yamaha Aerox 155, Hero Xoom 160, and high-end performance scooters from other brands in the 150-175cc class.
