BMW India has launched two 50 Jahre Edition Special models to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of its iconic 3 Series.

The company has introduced the BMW 330Li M Sport ‘50 Jahre’ Edition and the BMW M340i ‘50 Jahre’ Edition in India. Both are limited-edition models, with only 50 units of each available for sale in the country.

BMW will manufacture these exclusive editions at its Chennai plant, marking five decades of one of the world’s best-selling premium sedans.

Features of BMW 330Li M Sport ‘50 Jahre’ Edition

The BMW 330Li ‘50 Jahre’ Edition is available in three striking metallic colors: Mineral White, Skyscraper Gray, and M Carbon Black. It features premium Vernasca Cognac upholstery, enhanced by exclusive details like laser-engraved ‘1/50’ badging on the B-pillar, a high-gloss black kidney grille, diffuser tailpipes, and carbon fiber interior trim.

The cabin exudes a modern and luxurious feel, equipped with a Curved Display, a head-up display with 3D augmented navigation, and a panoramic sunroof.

This model has been powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder petrol engine that delivers 258 hp and 400 Nm of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.2 seconds.

Company has lauunched this model at the starting price of Rs 64 lakh (ex-showroom).

The BMW M340i ‘50 Jahre’ Edition is distinguished by its laser-engraved ‘1/50’ badging, special ‘50 Jahre’ emblems, unique hubcaps, and gloss black M insignia.

It is available in four striking colors: Dravit Gray, Black Sapphire, Fire Red Metallic, and Arctic Race Blue. The interior boasts Black Vernasca leather with M-specific accents.

The cabin features M Sport seats, carbon fiber trim, and an anthracite headliner.

Also,  M340i is powered by a 3.0-liter straight-six petrol engine that produces 374 hp and 500 Nm of torque, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds.

Company has launched M340i ‘50 Jahre’ Edition at starting price of Rs 76.90 lakh (ex-showroom) and it is the fastest BMW ICE model ever produced in India.
