The legendary Suzuki Hayabusa, one of India’s most iconic superbikes, has just become more expensive with the rollout of the new GST 2.0 tax reforms.
Suzuki has increased the price of the Hayabusa by Rs 1.16 lakh, pushing its ex-showroom Delhi cost to nearly Rs 19.83 lakh. While many entry-level motorcycles and scooters have seen price cuts under the new tax structure, superbikes like the Hayabusa fall into a higher bracket, leading to a steep hike.
Despite the rise, the Hayabusa remains a dream machine for enthusiasts, offering unmatched design, performance, and road presence in its segment.

Suzuki Hayabusa: Design
The Suzuki Hayabusa continues to carry its legendary silhouette, blending aerodynamics with bold styling. Its long, low-slung stance and flowing lines are crafted not just for looks but also to cut through the air at high speeds.
Updated LED headlamps, sharper body panels, and a muscular fuel tank highlight its modern appeal while retaining the classic Hayabusa DNA.
The bike’s large fairing ensures stability, while premium paint schemes and striking graphics give it a commanding road presence that fans instantly recognize.
Suzuki Hayabusa: Powertrain
At its heart, the Suzuki Hayabusa is powered by a 1,340cc inline four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers superbike-level performance. Tuned for smooth power delivery, it produces 190 hp and 150 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox featuring a bi-directional quick-shifter.
The advanced ride-by-wire throttle and multiple riding modes allow riders to tailor performance to their needs, whether cruising highways or pushing limits on track.
Suzuki Hayabusa manages a practical fuel efficiency of around 14–15 km/l, making it more usable than many superbikes in daily conditions.
Its aerodynamic body and finely tuned engine allow it to sprint from 0–100 km/h in just 3 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 299 km/h.
