TVS Motor Company has launched its brand-new adventure bike, the TVS Apache RTX 300, aimed at Indian customers.
If you’re in the market for a budget-friendly adventure tourer with an aggressive design and a fuel-efficient engine, the RTX 300 is available at a starting price of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
In the Indian market, this bike will compete with the KTM 250 Adventure, Yezdi Adventure, and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450.

Design of the TVS Apache RTX 300
The all-new TVS Apache RTX 300 is built on a steel trellis frame, complemented by an aluminum die-cast swingarm, which provides lighter controls and improved maneuverability.
In terms of design, this bike has a robust appearance with a muscular fuel tank. The side profile of the bike is also visually appealing, featuring a transparent windscreen, eye-shaped LED lighting, LED taillights, and split-style seats.
The seat is designed for comfort, ensuring an easy ride for both the rider and the pillion passenger. The bike is equipped with 19-inch tubeless tyres and dual disc brakes at both ends.
In terms of color options, the RTX 300 is available in four shades: Viper Green, Lightning Black, Tarn Bronze, Pearl White, and Metallic Black.

Powertrain of TVS Apache RTX 300
The TVS Apache RTX 300 features a newly designed 299cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder RT-XD4 engine that delivers a maximum power of 35.5 hp and peak torque of 28.5 Nm.
This engine is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox equipped with a bi-directional quickshifter. Moreover, it includes a slipper clutch, ensuring smooth gear transitions.

Features of TVS Apache RTX 300
The RTX 300 comes equipped with a 5-inch TFT display that offers mobile phone connectivity. This display provides essential information such as speed, live navigation, and GoPro connectivity.
The bike features four riding modes: Rally, Urban, Tour, and Rain mode. It also boasts a wide handlebar with steering-mounted controls, including cruise control and more. Additionally, the latest RTX 300 bike includes a C-type charging port for added convenience.
