Ultraviolette Automotive has introduced its latest model, the Ultraviolette X47 Crossover, which is renowned as India’s first electric adventure motorcycle featuring integrated radar and camera safety technology.
This adventure bike is priced starting at Rs 2.49 lakh (ex-showroom) for the first 1,000 customers, after which the price will rise to Rs 2.74 lakh. According to reports, deliveries are scheduled to begin in October 2025.
This innovative motorcycle blends the ruggedness of an adventure tourer with the agility of a street bike, offering state-of-the-art features and impressive performance.

Ultraviolette X47 Crossover: Design and Dimension
The X47 Crossover features a distinctive design that includes a beak-style fender, a sculpted fuel tank, and a raked tail section. It is built with a cast aluminum sub-frame and comes in three standard colors: Laser Red, Airstrike White, and Shadow Black, as well as a special Desert Wing edition.
The bike’s design combines aesthetics with functionality, appealing to adventure enthusiasts who seek both style and performance. The X47 Crossover offers a ground clearance of 208 mm, allowing it to navigate various terrains with ease.
The kerb weight is 207 kg for the 10.3 kWh variant, which contributes to its stability and handling capabilities.
Ultraviolette X47 Crossover: Powertrain
The X47 Crossover is powered by a 7.1 kWh battery pack, delivering a peak output of 40.2 hp and 100 Nm of torque. For those seeking an extended range, a higher-capacity 10.3 kWh battery variant is also available.
The bike accelerates from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 145 km/h. On a single charge, the 7.1 kWh battery pack offers a range of 211 km, while the 10.3 kWh battery pack provides an impressive range of 323 km.

Ultraviolette X47 Crossover: Braking and Suspension
The bike is equipped with a 41mm upside-down fork at the front and a rear monoshock that offers 170mm of wheel travel, ensuring a comfortable and stable ride on a variety of terrains.
Braking is managed by a 320mm front disc with a four-piston caliper and a 230mm rear disc, complemented by switchable dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety.
In the Indian market, the X47 Crossover competes with electric motorcycles like the Revolt RV400 and the Ather 450X, as well as traditional ICE adventure bikes such as the Hero XPulse 200 and the Royal Enfield Himalayan.
Its distinctive combination of an electric powertrain and advanced safety features positions it as a strong contender in the expanding electric two-wheeler segment.
