Leading automobile manufacturer Hyundai is going to launch its 2024 Hyundai Creta in the Indian market on January 16, 2024.

The company is planning to bring this vehicle in new look, premium cabin and new powertrain options. ADAS technology has also been added to it as new features.

The Hyundai Creta was first showcased at the 2014 Auto Expo. Its production variant was launched in China in 2014, but this car was launched in the Indian market in 2015.

After this, in 2020, the company launched the updated variant of this vehicle with a new look. Hyundai has set a record of sales of 8.5 lakh units of Creta SUV in 8 years. Customers like this car a lot.

2024 Hyundai Creta vs 2023 Hyundai Creta: Design

The company is going to update the look of this vehicle, due to which the updated facelift model of Creta looks more muscular and premium than the current model of this vehicle.

The Hyundai Creta facelift will get a new grille, new LED headlights, an LED light bar at the front with inverted L-shaped elements on the sides and a split taillamp setup at the rear.

It will come in 7 variants – E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech and SX(O).

2024 Hyundai Creta Powertrain

The 2024 Creta will come with 3 engine options, which will include 1.5-litre MPi petrol, 1.5-litre U2 CRDi diesel and 1.5-litre turbo GDi petrol engine. For transmission, it will have the option of 6-speed manual, IVT, 5-speed DCT and 6-speed automatic.

Let us tell you that the current Creta has a 1.5-litre aspirated petrol engine. Secondly, it has a 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine. The company had discontinued the 1.4-litre turbo-petrol engine of this vehicle last year itself.

2024 Hyundai Creta Cabin

The cabin of Hyundai Creta facelift will get a large and comfortable 5-seater cabin like the current model. It will get an all-black dashboard, leather sports seats, electric sunroof, wireless charger, multi-colored ambient lighting for a better experience in the cabin, rear AC vents and automatic climate control.

This SUV will get a 10.24-inch infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. It will also have 6 airbags, ABS and EBD for the safety of passengers.

One of the biggest updates for the Creta facelift is ADAS technology. Level 2 ADAS technology will be offered in it.

It includes safety features like Blind Spot Collision Warning, Forward Collision Avoidance Assist and navigation-based smart cruise control with stop and go function. Apart from this, 360-degree camera can also be provided in the new vehicle.

Please note that these features are not available in the current Hyundai Creta.

2024 Hyundai Creta: Price

Hyundai Motor can launch its Creta SUV at around Rs 11 lakh. The current model of this vehicle can be purchased at a starting price of Rs 10.86 lakh ex-showroom.
