Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has officially launched the 2025 CB650R and CBR650R, marking a significant milestone in the Indian two-wheeler market. These are the first motorcycles in India to feature Honda’s innovative E-Clutch technology, bringing a new level of riding convenience and performance for enthusiasts.
Bookings for both bikes are now open via Honda BigWing dealerships and the company’s official online platform, with deliveries set to commence by the end of May 2025.
Features of 2025 CB650R and CBR650R
2025 Honda CB650R continues to flaunt its iconic Neo Sports Cafe styling. It has been equipped with A sculpted fuel tank, Round LED headlamp, Exposed steel frame for a raw, muscular look
In terms of hardware, the CB650R features Showa 41mm USD front forks and rear monoshock suspension, Dual 310mm front disc brakes and a single rear disc, paired with dual-channel ABS, A 5.0-inch full-color TFT display with Honda RoadSync smartphone connectivity. This bike has been equipped with 649cc inline four-cylinder engine that produces 70kW (approx. 94 hp) and 63Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with E-Clutch.
This bike has been available in Candy Chromosphere Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic.

On the other Hand for riders leaning toward sportier aesthetics and performance, the Honda CBR650R brings full-faired, aerodynamic styling inspired by Honda’s supersport lineage. Its Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic color options includes Race-bred design with sharp fairings and aggressive stance, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for improved rider safety and grip control
This model shares its mechanical foundation with the CB650R, including the same 649cc inline four-cylinder engine that produces 70kW (approx. 94 hp) and 63Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox with E-Clutch.
Price of 2025 CB650R and CBR650R
2025 CB650R and CBR650R has been launched at the starting price of Rs 9.60 lakh and Rs 10.40 lakh (all price ex-showroom).
