These special editions combine high-spec features, all-black exteriors and interiors, and exclusive design trims to appeal to buyers looking for a premium, stylish edge between Rs 15 lakh to Rs 30 lakh.
Brands like Tata, Mahindra, Hyundai and MG are leading the charge, offering stand-out trims with gloss or matte black finishes, upgraded alloy wheels, ambient lighting, and enhanced tech features.
The result: SUVs that are as much about image as performance.
Here are the SUVs priced between Rs 15-30 lakh that currently offer Dark/Black/Stealth editions in India, along with their key highlights:

Honda Elevate Black Edition: Price Rs 14.97-16.15 lakh
The Elevate Black Edition is a special version of the Honda Elevate SUV, based on the top ZX trim. Its outside looks include the Crystal Black Pearl paint, black alloy wheels and lug nuts.
The Black Edition has silver details (on grille, roof rails, skid plates) and a “Black Edition” badge. The Signature Black Edition goes further: many silver parts are replaced by black, it has all-black grille, special “Signature Edition” badges, and seven-colour ambient lighting inside.
Inside, it has leatherette seats with black stitching, black dashboard, door panels and armrests all darkened. Features remain the same as ZX trim: big touchscreen infotainment, sunroof, auto lights & wipers, safety tech like six airbags, ADAS systems and good displays.

Hyundai Creta Knight / King Knight Editions: Price Rs 14.11-20.20 lakh
The Hyundai Creta Knight Edition is a stylish version of the popular SUV with a full black theme. It comes with a gloss-black grille, black alloy wheels, black roof rails, ORVMs, and red brake calipers.
Inside, it gets an all-black cabin with red or brass highlights, leatherette seats and sporty pedals. It is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol or 1.5-litre diesel engine.

Tata Curvv Dark Edition: Price Rs 15.92-18.85 lakh
The Tata Curvv Dark Edition is a stylish SUV with a bold black theme. It comes in two trims: Accomplished S and Accomplished Plus A, available with both 1.2L turbo-petrol and 1.5L diesel engines.

Tata Harrier Dark / Stealth Editions: Price Starts at Rs 17.63-25.25 lakh
The Tata Harrier Dark Edition comes with a bold gloss-black exterior, blacked-out trims, and 17-inch black alloy wheels, giving it a stylish and sporty look.
Inside, it features an all-black cabin with leatherette seats, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, LED projector headlamps with DRLs, and a multi-function steering wheel. Safety is ensured with six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, and hill-hold assist, along with connected car features and smart key access.
