Ertiga Based Toyota Rumion MPV unveiled: Top features are here – 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐟 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐳

Car company Toyota has unveiled its latest car Toyota Rumion MPV in Indian Market. It is the fourth MPV of Toyota in the company. This model is based on Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.

The all new Rumion is set to set a benchmark in mid-size MPV. It will be most affordable Toyota MPV in the country. In segment it will be kept below the Innova MPV.

It will be equipped with the maruti’s 1.5 liter petrol engine. This MPV will be also available in the CNG option.

Toyota Rumion is Based on Maruti Suzuki Ertiga

The all new Toyota Rumion is rebadge version of the Maruti Ertiga available in the country. This model is already available in the Africa for sale. This model will be available in 6 different variants S MT/AT, G MT, and V MT/AT, as well as the S MT CNG option.

The rumion carries a subtle yet distinct identity compared to its Ertiga sibling. This car features unique element such as an all-new bumper design, refreshed fog lamp surrounds and a grille reminiscent of the Innova Crysta.

Powertrain

Toyota Rumion has 1.5-liter k-series petrol engine, known for its best performance. This engine comes equipped with Neo Drive (ISG) technology. According to the company, the petrol variant is projected to the company will give economy 20.51 km/l, while the CNG variant, 26.11 km/kg. The transmission options include both a 5-speed manual and a smooth 6-speed automatic.

Toyota Rumion MPV: Cabin Features

The new Toyota Rumion features a spacious 7-seater cabin with fabric upholstery, auto climate control, parking sensors, keyless entry and a flat-bottom power steering wheel.

It will also get an infotainment console that supports Bluetooth. Keeping in mind the safety of the passengers, safety features like 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, crash sensor, engine immobilizer, electronic stability control and brake assist have been provided in this car.
