Two wheelers company Kawasaki is planning to launch its new electric bike in global market soon. Company is planning Kawasaki Ninja e-1 and Z e-1 for Indian Market also.

Both bike will come with naked-sports look and they will equipped with same powertrain. It proto type-approval document of the EV have been leaked online, which reveal its technical details.

Both bike will have 9kW motor linked with two removal 3kWh batteries and weigh around 140kg. their look will be similar to the current model available in the country.

Lets talk about its features.

The design of this electric bike from Kawasaki Ninja e-1 and Z e-1 is similar to the Ninja streetfighter motorcycle. Both the bike will be built on a tubular trellis frame.

They have a muscular tank-like structure inside which the electric battery is fitted. Also, it will be offered with green and black dual-tone colour, angular LED headlamp, a black visor, large handlebar, split-type seats and LED taillight.
As per the report, Digital instrument cluster and 17-inch alloy wheels are also given in this electric bikes.

What about the powertrain of these Electric Bikes?

So far no official information has been revealed about the powertrain of these electric bike. However, if reports are to be believed, it could use a 9kW motor linked with two removal 3kWh batteries, which will be capable of generating 15hp of power.

It is being speculated that fast charging technology can also be included in this. Also, it will be able to cover a distance of 100 kilometers in a single charge.

Expected Price of Kawasaki Ninja e-1 and Z e-1

Price and availability of these Kawasaki electric bikes in the Indian market will be given at the time of they launch. However, it is being speculated that their price will be around 2 lakh rupees ex-showroom.
