Sounth korean car maker KIA motors has revealed the launch date of its upcoming KIA SONET FACELIFT.
The company will launch it new compact car on 14th December 2023. As per the reports this car will comes with ADAS which will be the latest offering from the automaker. Kia launched this vehicle in the year 2020. Now it is being updated for the first time . Apart from this, its look is also expected to be updated.

KIA Sonet Facelift: Looks
The company has updated the look of its Sonet facelift. It will get a new front bumper, new headlamp, new lamp signature and new fog lamp housing. Chrome bits and body cladding, plastic wheel caps and alloy wheel design will also be updated.
There are also new wraparound tail lamps connected to the LED light bar at the rear, and a thick rear bumper with dual-tone black and silver finish. Alloy wheels will also be available in the car.
KIA Sonet Facelift: Cabin
Kia Sonet facelift will get a 5-seater cabin. It will have new switchgear, a new dashboard layout, a Seltos-like screen, a new instrument cluster and new shades for the upholstery.
Apart from this, there will be climate control. Now instead of 2 rows of buttons, it will get one row and a set of toggles. There will also be a center armrest for the second row passengers.
Keeping safety in mind, it will have features like ABS, EBD, Hill Assist and ADAS technology.

KIA Sonet Facelift: Engine
The company will not make any changes in the powertrain of Kia Sonet facelift. Like the current model, the upcoming SUV will be offered with a choice of 3 engines. It will have the option of 1.2-litre petrol engine, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine and 1.5-litre diesel engine.
The petrol engine will be mated to a 5-speed manual, while the turbo-petrol and diesel engines will be mated to a 6-speed iMT gearbox. Apart from this, turbo-petrol and diesel engines will have the option of 7-speed dual-clutch automatic and 6-speed automatic respectively.
KIA Sonet Facelift: Price and Availability.
The price of Kia Sonet facelift will be announce at the time of its launch. It is estimated that the company can launch it at a starting price of around Rs 8 lakh. It will compete with Tata Nexon.
