Mahindra and Mahindra is gearing up to expand its SUV legacy with a bold new entrant. Now company is gearing up to launch its new Mahindra Scorpio N Pickup, which has recently spotted during testing in India.

This upcoming SUV will be Based on the popular Scorpio N SUV and as per the reports this pickup truck is expected to debut in its production-ready avatar on August 15, 2025, before launching in select global markets.

Mahindra Scorpio N: Design & Platform

Mahindra Scorpio N Pickup retains the muscular stance of its SUV sibling but adopts a single-cab layout with an extended cargo bed.

It will be built on Mahindra’s next-gen ladder-frame chassis, the test mule features a familiar front fascia with Scorpio-style LED headlamps, a wide grille, and flared wheel arches.

Also, steel wheels and halogen tail lamps suggest this is a base-spec variant, while a double-cab version is also expected at launch.

Though heavily camouflaged, the cabin is expected to borrow elements from the Thar Roxx, including dual 10.25-inch screens, wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay, and AdrenoX connected tech.

Practical touches like Type-C ports, 12V sockets, and rear parking sensors are likely, with higher trims offering premium upholstery and climate control.

Transmission options will include a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic, with 4WD capability and terrain modes like Mud, Snow, and Sand for off-road versatility.

A petrol variant may also be introduced to meet diverse market needs.

Mahindra Scorpio N: Safety Package

Mahindra is likely to equip the pickup with dual airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill-start assist, and roll-over protection bars.

Top trims may feature Level 2 ADAS, including lane keep assist, forward collision warning, and driver monitoring systems, especially for export markets like South Africa and Australia.

If introduced in India, pricing could start around ₹25 lakh (ex-showroom), making it a competitive alternative to the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross and Toyota Hilux.
