Maruti Suzuki is the best selling car brand in the Indian market. Every month company sold more than 1.5 lakh cars in the country. In August 2024 company has registered slightly decline in its sale. Last month company had sold 1.82 lakh units in total including domestic and export, which is 3.9 percent less than the units sold in August 2023. On the other hand company had sold 1.43 lakh unit in the domestic market which is also 8.3 percent less than the last year.

Maruti Suzuki Sales Report
In August 2024 Maruti Suzuki had sold total 1,81,782 units including domestic sale of 1,43,075 units, LCV sales of 2,495, sales to Toyota is 10,209 and nearly 26,003 units is exported to the other country. Here company has register overall loss of 3.86 percent on yearly basis and 8.35 percent of loss in the domestic segment. On the other hand the export has been increased by 5.64 percent in compared to the August 2023.
Last month Maruti had sold 10648 units in the mini segment, 58,051 units in the compact segment, 707 units in the mid size segment, 62,684 units in the utility vehicles segment, 10,985 units in the van segment, 2,495 units in the light commercial vehicles segment in the domestic market.
