MG Motor company is currently working on its new MG Majestor for the Indian Market. Company has already showcased this SUV in the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025. As per the reports company is planning to launch this SUV in upcoming months. In recent development this SUV has been spotted during testing on Indian Roads.
In Indian market this SUV will compete with Mahindra XUV700. So, lets know about this upcoming SUV in detail.
Design and Other Features of MG Majestor
In terms of design this SUV has very muscular design with all LED lighting setup, muscular bonnet, DRLs, chrome finishing dual exhaust system, black out B-pillars and muscular front and rear bumpers. Apart from this some design elements of this car will be similar to the MG Gloster including the front grille. As per the spied images this SUV will be equipped with sporty spoiler at the rear end, connected LED tail lamps, and new design for the alloy wheels.
In terms of powertrain upcoming MG Majestor SUV will be equipped with 2.0-liters four cylinder turbo diesel engine. This engine will generate maximum power of 216 bhp and peak torque of 479Nm. For the transmission this engine will be mated with the 8-speed automatic gearbox. Let us tell you that Majestor SUV will be available in the option of 4WD and 2WD.
Now, Lets talk about the cabin of this SUV. So, the upcoming MG Majestor SUV has 7-seater cabin. It will be equipped with 12.3-inch digital driver display and digital infotainment system which will support android auto and apple CarPlay connectivity. Apart from this upcoming Majestor SUV will have features like level 2 ADAS system, multiple airbags and 360-degree camera.
Price and of MG Majestor
The Price and availability of the upcoming MG Majestor SUV will be announced at the time of its launch. As per the media reports this SUV will be launched in the late 2025 and will cost around Rs 20 lakh ex-showroom.
