MG Motors has released its sales report of February 2024. The company recorded an increase in sales of over 18% annually. According to the sales report, the car manufacturer sold 4,532 vehicles last month, compared to 4,193 cars sold in the same month of 2023.

MG Motors February sales Report
Examining the sales data for January, the automaker garnered 3,825 purchasers, a decrease compared to the 4,114 vehicles sold in January 2023. Additionally, the company experienced a rise in monthly sales last month.
Over the initial two months of this year, approximately 14% of the total vehicles sold in 2023 were achieved. MG had sold a total of 56,902 cars in 2023.
MG’s total sales also see a significant contribution from electric vehicles. The company stated that electric cars accounted for nearly 33% of its total sales last month.

This means MG sold over 1,400 EVs in February. The company’s Indian portfolio includes electric cars such as the ZS EV and the Comet EV. In terms of market share in the electric car segment, MG holds the second position after Tata Motors.
