MG Motors is gearing up to introduce an all-new electric vehicle in Indian market amidst the festive season this year.
Recently the Managing Director of the company Rajeev Chaba has given official confirmation of this development. This forthcoming model will mark MG’s initial venture after the JSW Group, helmed by Sajjan Jindal, acquired a stake in the brand.
Furthermore, it will serve as MG’s third electric vehicle offering in the Indian market, following the ZS EV and MG Comet EV.

Given the patterns and preferences in electric vehicle adoption in India, MG is considering the launch of the 5-do0r Baojun Yep electric SUV.
This vehicle, built on the Comet EV platform, boasts an appealing design and competitive pricing, potentially drawing significant interest from Indian consumers.
Furthermore, there’s also speculation about introducing other models such as the MG4 electric hatchback, MG5 electric estate car, or the Mifa 9 electric MPV.
