Recent spy shots reveal the Next-Generation Mahindra Bolero undergoing testing, indicating a comprehensive overhaul that blends its rugged heritage with modern advancements.

This update aims to cater to both urban and rural markets, enhancing its appeal across diverse customer bases.

Next-Generation Mahindra Bolero: Design

The 2025 Bolero introduces contemporary design elements while retaining its signature boxy silhouette. The front fascia features a redesigned blacked-out grille with chrome surrounds, flanked by sleek LED projector headlamps and integrated DRLs.

Newly sculpted body panels and chunkier bumpers enhance its robust appearance. Rugged, multi-spoke alloy wheels offer a fresh appeal and improved off-road capability.

In addition to its classic white, new shades like Rocky Beige, Thunder Black, and Forest Green are introduced. The ground clearance is maintained at 180mm, ensuring trail capability and urban friendliness.

Next-Generation Mahindra Bolero: Powertrain

The 2025 Bolero is expected to offer refined diesel engine options. The 1.5L mHawk diesel engine produces 76 PS and 210 Nm of torque, ideal for daily commutes and utility use.

The 2.0L mHawk diesel engine delivers 120 PS and 280 Nm of torque, suitable for towing and rough terrains. A 5-speed manual gearbox is standard across variants, with a 6-speed automatic expected in higher trims.

Fuel efficiency is estimated at 16.7 km/l for the 1.5L engine and 14.5 km/l for the 2.0L engine, depending on road conditions.

Next-Generation Mahindra Bolero: Cabin

The cabin of the 2025 Bolero has been revamped to offer a more premium and feature-rich experience. A redesigned dashboard with soft-touch materials and a semi-digital instrument cluster provides a modern feel. Seating configurations include 7- and 8-seater options, with enhanced legroom and power-adjustable front seats in higher variants.

The boot space exceeds 400 liters, with foldable rear seats for added practicality. An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, steering-mounted controls, rear air conditioning vents, and dual-zone climate control in top variants enhance passenger comfort.

The 2025 Bolero introduces significant upgrades in comfort, technology, and overall refinement. An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Mahindra’s latest interface is standard.

Dual-zone AC in top variants ensures comfort for all passengers. Convenience features include steering-mounted controls, USB ports, and rear A/C vents. Safety features encompass dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold & descent control, rear parking sensors and camera, and ISOFIX child seat mounts in top variants.

Next-Generation Mahindra Bolero: Expected Price

Mahindra is expected to officially unveil the New Bolero 2025 between October and December 2025, with bookings likely to open shortly before launch.

Pricing is anticipated to rise moderately compared to the outgoing model, with expected ex-showroom prices as follows:

  • B4 (Base): ₹9.99 Lakh

  • B6: ₹10.75 Lakh

  • B8: ₹11.50 Lakh

  • B10 (Top Model): ₹12.75 Lakh

These prices position the Bolero competitively within the utility vehicle segment, offering an excellent value proposition considering the enhanced features and powertrain upgrades.
