Royal Enfield is seemingly gearing up to launch a bigger and more powerful café-racer, with the upcoming Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 spotted undergoing road tests. This motorcycle is expected to position itself above the current GT 650 in the brand’s lineup, introducing a new 750cc platform.
Spy shots indicate that Royal Enfield is focusing on enhancing both performance and hardware while preserving its signature retro appeal. This new model is likely to attract riders searching for a more powerful iteration of the popular café-racer.
Once launched, the GT 750 could become one of Royal Enfield’s most powerful motorcycles, further bolstering the brand’s growing middleweight portfolio.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Design
The Royal Enfield GT 750, as seen in spy images, adheres to the brand’s classic café-racer design philosophy. The motorcycle features a round headlamp, a sculpted fuel tank, clip-on handlebars, and a sporty riding posture akin to the existing Continental GT 650.
The test mule also showcases twin exhaust pipes and a retro-inspired tail section, further emphasizing its old-school styling. Some prototypes have been spotted with a small front fairing, suggesting that different variants may be introduced.
The bike is expected to come with alloy wheels and may include modern touches such as LED lighting and an updated instrument cluster, all while preserving its timeless café-racer character.
Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Powertrain
The upcoming Royal Enfield GT 750 is expected to feature a newly developed 750cc parallel-twin engine derived from the current 648cc unit. While official figures are yet to be confirmed, the engine is anticipated to deliver around 55-60 horsepower, along with a stronger torque output.
This upgrade is expected to enhance highway performance and allow for quicker acceleration compared to the existing GT 650.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 750: Brakes and Suspension
Royal Enfield is also expected to enhance the braking and suspension components on the GT 750. Spy images suggest that the motorcycle could be equipped with dual front disc brakes for improved stopping power.
At the rear, a single disc brake setup with dual-channel ABS is likely to be included for better safety. Suspension duties may be handled by telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers, preserving the classic layout.
