2. Tata Nexon
Tata Nexon was the fourth best selling car in the SUV segment in July this year. However, this vehicle has got the second position in terms of sales in August 2023.
Last month company has sold 13,827 units of this compact SUV, which was 15,085 units in August last year. In this way, there has been a loss of almost 8.60 percent in the sales of Nexon on yearly basis.
3. Hyundai Venue
In August 2023, Hyundai Venue also attracted a lots of customers due to this, this vehicle got the third position in terms of sales in top 5 SUVs.
In August tata has sold 11,606 units of this vehicle in the country, which is slightly more than August a year ago, which is around 11,240 units.

4. Tata Punch
In terms of sales of SUVs, Tata Motors’ SUV Tata Punch has got the fourth position. Last month, the company sold 10,990 units of this vehicle. This number is 9.19 per cent higher than the 12,006 units sold in August last year.
There has been a decline in the sales of this vehicle even on monthly basis. In July 2023 total 12,019 units of this vehicle were sold in the country.
5. Maruti Suzuki Brezza
Maruti Brezza was the best selling car in the SUV segment in July, 2023. However, in August sales this car stood at fifth place instead of first place.
The company has sold around 10,528 units of this car last month, which was 15,193 units in August last year. There has been a decline in the sales of this vehicle even on a monthly basis. In July 2023, it sold 14,062 units.
