Skoda Auto India is preparing to launch its Skoda Kushaq Facelift. After receiving a strong response since its launch in 2021, the Kushaq is now due for a refresh that will bring design tweaks, added tech, and possibly a few mechanical updates.
As per recent media reports and internal leaks, the facelifted Kushaq is likely to hit the market in late 2024 or early 2025. So, lets know what are the expected features of the Skoda Kushaq Facelift.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Design
Spy shots and early renderings suggest that the updated Skoda Kushaq Facelift will retain its familiar silhouette but gain a sharper and more modern design.
Expect revised LED headlamps, a new grille design, and sportier bumpers at the front and rear. Skoda may also introduce new alloy wheel designs and fresh exterior colours to keep the SUV feeling contemporary.
These updates are aimed at aligning the Kushaq more closely with Skoda’s global design language seen in models like the new-gen Superb and Octavia.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Powertrain
Skoda Kushaq facelift is expected to retain the current set of engines — the 1.0-litre TSI turbo-petrol (115hp) and the 1.5-litre TSI turbo-petrol (150hp).
Both engines are likely to continue with their respective 6-speed manual, 6-speed automatic, and 7-speed DSG transmission options.
Skoda’s focus will be on improving fuel efficiency and possibly refining engine tuning for better driveability and compliance with updated emission norms.

Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Cabin
On the inside, the facelifted Kushaq is likely to see improved material quality, new trim inserts, and the inclusion of updated features to enhance its premium appeal.
A larger infotainment screen, fully digital instrument cluster, and wireless connectivity for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are expected to be part of the upgrade.
Skoda may also offer features like, Ventilated front seats (possibly for higher trims), Advanced ambient lighting, 360-degree camera and Connected car tech with over-the-air (OTA) updates.
Skoda Kushaq Facelift: Price and Availability
The Skoda Kushaq facelift could make its official debut by late 2024, with deliveries likely to commence in early 2025.
Pricing is expected to be marginally higher than the current model, which starts at around ₹11.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The facelifted version could carry a starting price closer to ₹12.5 lakh, going up to ₹19 lakh for the fully loaded 1.5 DSG trim.
