American EV giant Tesla has opened its second showroom in Delhi at Worldmark 2, Aerocity, New Delhi. Less than a month ago company has inaugurated its first showroom at Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai on July 15.

The Delhi showroom of the company will allow people from NCR to easily buy and test Tesla cars. Also, the Aerocity outlet is located at the high traffic commercial area, closed to International Airport, which also houses several international brands.

Showroom Serves an Experience Center for Customers

Both showroom of Tesla is located at the highly populated area to drive awareness and test drives. Customers can explore Model Y EV and learn about purchase of company’s several EV.

The new showroom in Delhi also has four V4 superchargers in its parking lot. Each charger offers 250 kW DC charging at Rs 24 per kWh, which allow car to travel 238 km of range in 15 minutes for the Model Y.

Third Showroom in Gurgaon?

As per the reports, Tesla has signed a 9 year lease for a 3rd +33,000 sq ft showroom in Gurgaon at the Orchid Business Park on Sohna Road.

Tesla has not confirmed this, but real estate analytics platform CRE Matrix posted the lease was signed on July 28th, and covers the entire ground floor, which will house a service center, delivery hub, and retail outlet.

How You Can Book Tesla Model Y in July?

Tesla is currently highly active in India and also launched its first car Tesla Model Y for the Indian customers at starting price of Rs 59.89 lakh ex-showroom. Company has also started booking of this car from the last month.

Tesla RWD variant offers range of 500km on a full charge while the Long Range RWD version offers range of 622km. Deliveries for both version are scheduled for Q3 2025.

In India, booking a Tesla Model Y requires an initial non-refundable reservation fee of Rs 22,220, payable at the time of booking through Tesla’s official website.

Within seven days of making this reservation, buyers must pay an additional Rs 3,00,000 as the second installment to confirm and secure their order.

This brings the total upfront booking cost to Rs 3,22,220. Both payments are non-refundable, so customers should ensure their decision before proceeding.

Once the booking is complete, Tesla provides updates on the order status and an estimated delivery timeline.

Tesla Planning to Launch 8 Supercharger site in India

Tesla has first supercharger site in Delhi and second in Mumbai. Apart from this in upcoming 12 month company is planning to add six more charger site across Bengaluru, Hydrabad, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Jaipur.
