BMW sub-company Mini has revealed its forth generation 2024 Mini Cooper hatchback. The all new cooper is petrol model and this all new car is based on legendary 1959 model. As per the information the new gen Mini Cooper will be available in 3-door and 5-door variants with soft top and convertible body type.
We are expecting that company will launch this premium hatchback soon in the global market and it will also make its way to the Indian market.

Design
In terms of design the 2024 Mini Cooper is dead ringer of the current Mini Cooper available for the sale in the Indian market. However this car is equipped with some edge-cutting tech which is new in compare to the current third gen model.
This hatchback car is based on company’s bespoke EV platform, which is highly customise than the current platform. It has a muscular bonnet with new bumper and LED light with DRLs.
Cabin
As per the new feature company has added a new circular OLED infotainment system for the first time in the 2024 Mini Cooper hatchback. This system support Bluetooth connectivity along with the Android Auto and the Apple CarPlay.
This hatchback has 4 seater comfortable cabin with dual tone dashboard. Along with this all new cooper has a multi-functional steering wheels.
For safety this car is equipped with a Airbags, ABS, hill assist, ADAS tech and electronic braking system. There is a new button for the front and rear defoggers.
Engine
Company has not made any changes in the powertrain of the 2024 Mini Cooper. It has two engine option same as the previous generation model. It has a 2.0-liter four cylinder turbo petrol engine, which generates 204 hp power which is 25 hp more than the previous model.
Apart from this this hatchback will also has a option of 1.5-litres three-cylinder petrol engine, which generates 156 hp power which is 20 hp more than the previous model.
This car can achieve speed of 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.7 seconds with 1.5-litres engine and 0-100 kmph in 6.6 second with 2.0-liter engine.
What is expected price of 2024 Mini Cooper?
The price and availability of 4th generation Mini Cooper hatchback will be announced at the time of its launch, but we are expecting that company will launch this premium hatchback at starting price of Rs 50 to 55 lakh.
