2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 launched in India at 3.59 lakhs

Two-wheeler manufacturer Royal Enfield has launched its 2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 bike in India. It will be available in 4 color options – Sheet Metal Grey, Plasma Green, Drill Green and Stencil White.

The starting price of this two-wheeler is Rs 3,59,430 lakh (ex-showroom) and the top specs stencil white colour scheme priced at Rs. 3.73 lakh (ex-showroom).

The new Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 will strengthen the bike maker’s position in the middle-weight category and is the company’s fourth bike with a 650 cc engine.

The Shotgun 650 Motoverse Edition was introduced during the India Bike Week.

2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650: Design

The 2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 is based on the company’s Super Meteor 650, but the design is quite different. It offers a mix of modern and premium touches with a retro theme. In segment this bike is placed between Super Meteor and Continental GT 650.

The bike gets a flat handlebar with bar-end mirrors, mid-set foot pegs, slightly up swept and blacked-out twin peashooter exhaust, single-seat and chopped rear fender.

The latest bike comes with 18-inch/17-inch wheels, a chunky 13.8-litre fuel tank, rear fender, aluminium cowl over the headlamps.

2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650: Engine and Features

2024 Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 has a 648 cc, air-oil cooled, parallel twin engine, which is capable of producing 46bhp power and 52 Nm torque.
For transmission, it is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. This motorcycle is capable of giving a mileage of approximately 22 km/litre.

The top speed of this retro bike is around 200 kilometre per hours.

For the suspension this bike is mated with a showa upside-down forks up front and twin springs at the back. It has a 320 mm front disc and 300 mm rotor at the rear.

It has a tripper navigation, USB charging port and a Wingman app which provides information such as bikes live location, service, fuel and engine oil level and more.
