Yamaha motor company has finally launched its all new updated Yamaha MT-15 in India. This bike has been launched in two variants with starting price of Rs 1.69 lakh for the base variant and the DLX variant has been launched at the starting price of Rs 1.80 lakh (all price ex-showroom).
The 2025 Yamaha MT-15 has been updated with new color TFT display that supports Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Also, company has introduced three new Metallic Silver Cyan, Vivid Violet Metallic, and Ice Storm. Yamaha will soon starts accepting booking for this upcoming bike.
Company has specially designed this bike to target the young Indian customers. So, lets know about the features of the latest Yamaha MT-15 bike.

Yamaha MT-15: Design
The 2025 Yamaha MT-15 continues its aggressive streetfighter legacy with sharp, muscular styling and bold design enhancements. It features a striking Bi-Functional LED headlamp, sculpted fuel tank with extended shrouds, and a minimalist tail section that enhances its edgy stance.

The new color options and graphics add a fresh appeal, while the upright riding posture and compact frame ensure a dynamic street presence. With its bold aesthetics and premium detailing, the MT-15 remains a top choice for style-conscious urban riders.
In term of dimension this bike is 2,020 mm in Length, 800 mm in width and 1,070 mm height. It has a fuel tank capacity of 10 liter and seat height of 810mm.
Yamaha MT-15: Powertrain
Yamaha MT-15 has been equipped with 155cc liquid cooled parallel twin engine. This engine generates maximum power of 18.4bhp and a peak torque of 14.1Nm. For the transmission this engine has been mated with the 6-speed gearbox.
This bike has a top speed of 130 km/h and it will easily gives mileage of 35-40 km/l.

The 2025 Yamaha MT-15 offers a performance-focused suspension and braking setup tailored for sporty city rides. It comes equipped with 37mm USD front forks for sharp handling and a link-type rear monoshock that ensures good road grip, though it may feel slightly stiff over bumps.
Braking duties are handled by 282mm front and 220mm rear disc brakes, supported by dual-channel ABS on the higher variants for added safety. This combination delivers confident stopping power and agile maneuverability for urban riders.
