The American vehicle manufacturer Ford Motors is preparing to return to India with several new models. Among these vehicles is also a new compact SUV.
The company has patented this new design, which has not been introduced in any global market currently.
This will be specially tailored for the Indian market and will compete with other compact SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, among others.
Ford New Compact SUV Patent Design
According to the patent image, the design of Ford’s new compact SUV appears similar to the prototype seen in 2020.
In the front profile of this car, there is a muscular bonnet, a large grille with Ford’s blue oval in the center, LED DRLs on both sides, and headlamps mounted on the bumper.
In addition, the latest car may come equipped with a large infotainment unit, digital cluster, sunroof, 360-degree camera, wireless charger, and features like ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

There is currently no information available about the technical specifications of the upcoming compact SUV.
Initially, there were discussions about developing this car in collaboration with Mahindra, but now it has been revealed that Ford will develop it with its own mechanical and new engine options.
Furthermore, the car manufacturer has also patented the new generation of Ford Endeavour in India. Additionally, preparations are underway to launch the new Ford Mustang Mach-E electric crossover.
