Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition Launched at Rs. 76,400: What’s New?

Hero MotoCorp has launched the new Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition in India at Rs. 76,400 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The festive-season special edition adds new colours and cosmetic updates to the company’s 110cc family scooter.

The Classique Edition is based on the VX variant and sits between the existing VX and ZX versions in the lineup. Hero has not made any mechanical changes to the scooter, so it continues with the same 110.9cc engine, CVT gearbox and i3S idle start-stop technology.

The new edition mainly targets buyers who want a more distinctive appearance without moving to the higher-spec ZX variant.

Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition Design

The Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition gets a neo-retro styling treatment with two dual-tone colour options. These include Matt Goldfish Silver with Light Industrial Grey and brown inner panels, along with Matt Aries Brown with black inner panels. Hero has added new stripe graphics on the front handle cover and side panels.

The scooter also gets colour-matched mirrors, a coordinated seat and inner panels, branded rim tape and a dedicated 3D Classique Edition badge. Chrome elements further enhance its retro appearance.

The scooter retains its 12-inch alloy wheels and wider 100/80-12 rear tyre. It also continues with the 785mm-long seat, which Hero claims is the longest in its segment.

Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition Engine and Performance

The Classique Edition retains the existing 110.9cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder petrol engine. It produces 8.2hp at 7,250rpm and 8.7Nm of torque at 5,750rpm. The engine works with an automatic CVT gearbox and Hero’s i3S idle start-stop technology.

There are no changes to the engine or transmission compared with the regular Destini 110. The scooter also continues with telescopic front forks and a single rear shock absorber.

Braking duties come from drum brakes at both ends on this VX-based edition, while the higher ZX variant gets a front disc brake. The Destini 110 also uses a combined braking system.

Hero Destini 110 Classique Edition Features and Safety

The new edition retains the practical features of the regular Destini 110. It gets a digital-analogue instrument cluster, LED projector headlamp, LED tail lamp and LED position lamp. Storage includes a 19-litre under-seat compartment and a front storage area with mobile charging support.

A boot lamp adds convenience when accessing the under-seat storage. The scooter also gets 12-inch alloy wheels and a wider rear tyre. The Classique Edition retains the family-focused seating and spacious legroom of the standard model. Its safety equipment includes a combined braking system, while the front disc brake remains exclusive to the ZX variant.
