MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition to Launch in India on November 27
The MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition will launch in India on November 27, 2026. MINI will introduce this special edition of its all-electric Cooper SE with exclusive styling details inspired by British fashion designer Paul Smith.
The new model will bring a distinctive appearance to the electric hatchback while retaining the Cooper SE’s electric powertrain. The special edition combines MINI’s familiar design with Paul Smith’s signature colours and styling elements.
It will target buyers looking for a premium electric car with exclusive exterior and interior details. MINI has not yet announced the India-specific price, but the special edition could cost more than the standard Cooper SE.
What’s New in the MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition?
The new MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition will receive exclusive cosmetic changes inspired by the British designer’s signature styling. The exterior will feature a Midnight Black finish, a black roof with distinctive signature stripes and Nottingham Green accents on the exterior details. MINI will also offer Statement Grey and Inspired White colour options for the wider Paul Smith Edition range in international markets.
The special edition will get 18-inch Night Flash Spoke Black alloy wheels, exclusive MINI logos and Paul Smith branding. The cabin will feature Nightshade Blue seats, black knitted dashboard surfaces with striped patterns and a sports steering wheel with Paul Smith’s signature stripe design. Other highlights include a projected ‘Hello’ welcome message, special door-sill graphics carrying the phrase ‘Every day is a new beginning’ and floor mats with the designer’s trademark rabbit illustration.
The special edition focuses mainly on exclusive styling rather than mechanical changes.
MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition: Battery, Range and Performance
The MINI Cooper SE Paul Smith Edition retains the standard Cooper SE’s electric powertrain. It uses a front-mounted electric motor that produces 218hp and 330Nm of torque. The motor sends power to the front wheels through a single-speed transmission.
The electric hatchback can accelerate from 0 to 100kmph in 6.7 seconds. Its 54.2kWh gross battery pack supports a claimed WLTP range of up to 402km, although the actual India-specification range and charging figures will require confirmation at launch. The special edition does not introduce a different motor or battery setup.
