In terms of looks, the Yamaha FZ 25 gets a muscular 14-litre fuel tank, an LED headlight, a wide handlebar, a smooth tail lamp, an exhaust system, split-style seats and an LCD instrument cluster.
The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V gets features like a 12.8-litre fuel tank, an LED headlamp, a handlebar, full fairing, an upswept exhaust seats, step-up seats and an LED taillamp. Both the bikes get 17-inch alloy wheels.
Hero Xtreme 200S 4V Vs Yamaha FZ 25: Engine
Yamaha FZ 25 gets a 249cc air-oil cooled, single-cylinder engine, which generates 20.5hp of max power and 20.1Nm of peak torque.
The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V, on the other hand is powered by a new 200cc oil-cooled, 4-valve, single-cylinder engine. This engine generates maximum power of 18.8hp and peak torque of 17.35Nm.
For transmission, the engines of both these bikes have been paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
Which bike offers better performance?
As per the reports the top speed of the Yamaha FZ 25 is approximately 134 km/h and the mileage is approx 38 km/l. On the other hand Hero Xtreme 200S 4V motorcycle has a top speed of around 115 km/h and a fuel efficiency of around 45 km/l.
Mileage of Xtreme is better due to 200cc engine. On the other that FZ 25 is high performance bike and it offers you more speed.

Yamaha FZ 25 price in India starts from Rs.1.51 Lakh. The Hero Xtreme 200S 4V costs Rs 1.41 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom).
