Hyundai Bayon Bookings Open at Rs. 11,000: Expected Features, Price and Rivals
Hyundai has opened bookings for the new Hyundai Bayon SUV in India ahead of its festive-season launch. Customers can reserve the upcoming SUV for Rs. 11,000 through Hyundai’s official website or authorised dealerships.
The Bayon will sit between the Venue and Creta in Hyundai’s SUV range. It measures around 4.2 metres in length and will bring a new design, connected technology and petrol powertrain options to the Indian market.
How to Book Hyundai Bayon?
Hyundai has started accepting bookings for the Bayon through both online and offline channels. Buyers can visit the company’s official website and select the Bayon booking option. They can then complete the booking process by paying the Rs. 11,000 booking amount.
Customers can also visit their nearest authorised Hyundai dealership to reserve the SUV. Hyundai has not yet announced the delivery schedule. The company says it will provide delivery details at the time of launch.
Hyundai Bayon Expected Features
The Bayon will get a modern cabin with a curved dual-screen setup. Each screen is expected to measure 12.3 inches. The dashboard will also feature a vertical AC control panel, a new steering wheel and a wireless charging pad.
Hyundai has confirmed an in-built generative AI voice assistant for connected functions. The SUV will also feature H-Edge LED DRLs, LED tail lights, geometric wheel arches and roof rails. Petrol variants will get manual and IVT automatic gearbox options. ADAS and other advanced safety features are also expected.
Hyundai Bayon Expected Price and Rivals
The Hyundai Bayon is expected to cost around Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 15 lakh, ex-showroom. It will compete with SUVs and crossovers such as the Maruti Suzuki Fronx, Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor, Kia Syros and Nissan Magnite. The final price and variant details will be revealed at launch.
