India’s Largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has released its sales report of April 2024.As per the report Maruti Suzuki has registered a 4.7 percent growth in total vehicle sales (domestic and exports) on an annual basis last month.
Also, during this period, company has sold 1.68 lakh vehicles across the world which was 1.6 lakh units in April 2023. During this period, Maruti has sold 1,37,952 units in the domestic market, which was slightly lower than the 1,37,320 in April last year.

Maruti Suzuki has reported that its exports was 22,160 units in April 2024, which was 16,971 units in the same month last year.
Looking at sales by segment, sales of Maruti Suzuki’s small cars, including Alto and S-Presso has been decreased to 11,519 from 14,110 sold in April 2023.
On the other hand, sales of compact cars, including Baleno, Celerio, Dzire, Ignis, Swift, Tour S, and Maruti WagonR, also decreased from 74,935 to 56,953.
