Saudi Arabia’s Ceer Reveals Exobot EVs With Up to 1,111hp Power

Saudi Arabia has officially entered the passenger car market with its first homegrown EV brand, Ceer. The company has unveiled two futuristic electric vehicles under the Exobot name.

The lineup includes a premium sedan and an SUV. Both models use a tri-motor all-wheel-drive setup, while the most powerful version produces up to 1,111hp. The Exobot sedan can accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 2.1 seconds. Ceer plans to start sales in Saudi Arabia in early 2027.

Ceer Exobot Gets Futuristic Design

The Exobot models feature a sharp and futuristic exterior design. Both vehicles get a large glass area, slim lighting elements and a distinctive body shape. The cars also feature upward-opening gullwing doors and a pillar-less design.

Ceer says the styling takes inspiration from Saudi Arabia’s culture and architecture. The sedan measures 5.26 metres in length, while the SUV measures 5.02 metres. Both models have a width of around 2.1 metres.

1,111hp Tri-Motor Powertrain

The Exobot uses three electric motors and an all-wheel-drive system. The initial version produces up to 850hp, while the range-topping version increases output to 1,111hp. The sedan can sprint from 0-100km/h in 2.1 seconds in its most powerful configuration. The First Edition uses a 112kWh battery and offers a claimed range of up to 670km for the sedan.

The cars also use an 800-volt electrical architecture. Ceer says the battery can charge from 10% to 80% in less than 30 minutes. The SUV offers a claimed range of around 560km.

48-Inch Display Inside

The Exobot’s cabin follows the futuristic theme. It features a massive 48-inch 8K display across the dashboard, along with a separate central touchscreen and rear passenger display.

A yoke-style steering wheel, AI-powered voice assistant and over-the-air updates are also part of the technology package. Ceer is also targeting advanced hands-free driving capabilities.

Sales to Begin in 2027

Ceer will manufacture the Exobot models at its manufacturing complex in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia. The company plans to launch five more models by 2030, taking its planned lineup to seven vehicles.

Sales of the Exobot sedan and SUV are expected to begin in Saudi Arabia in early 2027, followed by expansion into regional markets.
