Tata Motors has announced the launch date of its Tata Punch EV. This electric car will be launched in the Indian market on January 17. Along with releasing the pictures of the new electric Tata Punch, the carmaker also started booking for a token amount of Rs 21,000.
This vehicle can be offered in 5 variants β Smart, Smart+, Adventure, Empowered and Empowered+ and will have the option of 5 dual-tone and 4 mono-tone colors.

Tata Punch EV: Design
Talking about the features of the upcoming Tata Punch EV, it has slim LED headlights, a closed grille, new alloy wheels, connected LED taillights and connected LED DRLs at the front.
Apart from this, the latest car will also have the facility of large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and automatic climate control.
Apart from this, there will also be a twin-spoke steering wheel with Tata logo, wireless charger, sunroof, blind-spot monitor and 360-degree camera.
Punch EV will be offered with 2 battery pack options β medium range and long range. It is likely to have 25kWh and 35kWh capacity batteries.
It will be capable of covering a distance of more than 300 kilometers on a single charge. It will have 2 charging options including 7.2 kW fast home charger with support for fast charger.
It is expected to be priced around Rs 11.50 lakh (ex-showroom) and will compete with the Citroen eC3.
