Measuring 4,999 mm in length, 1,996 mm in width, and 1,600 mm in height, it offers a commanding road presence. Its 3,000 mm wheelbase ensures ample interior space, enhancing comfort for both passengers and cargo.
Drawing design inspiration from its sedan sibling, the SU7, the YU7 features a blanked-off grille, teardrop-style LED headlights, and flush pop-up door handles. Distinctive elements like black wheel arches and a redesigned rear tail light section add to its SUV character. The vehicle’s silhouette, reminiscent of the Ferrari Purosangue, showcases a swoopy crossover design with large haunches and plastic cladding, emphasizing its sporty appeal.

Powertrain of Xiaomi YU7
The Xiaomi YU7 is an electric SUV available in three variants: Standard, Pro, and Max. The Standard model features a single 235 kW rear motor, achieving 0–100 km/h in 5.88 seconds and a top speed of 240 km/h.
The Pro variant adds a 130 kW front motor for a combined 365 kW, reducing 0–100 km/h time to 4.27 seconds, maintaining the same top speed.
The Max version boasts dual motors (220 kW front and 288 kW rear) totaling 508 kW, accelerating from 0–100 km/h in 3.23 seconds and reaching a top speed of 253 km/h. Battery capacities range from 96.3 kWh to 101.7 kWh, offering CLTC ranges between 760 km and 835 km.

The interior showcases a minimalist dashboard featuring a 1.1-meter-wide ‘HyperVision’ display, comprising three 108 PPD mini-LED screens at the base of the windshield. This setup serves as the instrument cluster and can display blind-spot cameras, sensor data, media information, and more through customizable widgets. The cabin is adorned with premium Nappa leather upholstery, offering three color schemes: Twilight Blue, Coral Orange, and a dual-tone Stone Grey with Pine Green. Front seats provide a 10-point massage function and a ‘zero-gravity’ recline mode at 123°, while rear seats offer power-adjustable recline up to 135°.Â

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, the YU7’s infotainment system ensures swift performance with a 1.35-second boot-up time and over-the-air updates in as little as 15 minutes. The center console houses two active-cooled wireless charging pads, dual cupholders, and a split-opening storage compartment. Rear passengers benefit from a 6.68-inch touchscreen to control climate, seating, media, and navigation functions.

The YU7’s interior is designed for maximum comfort, featuring continuous damping control across all variants, with the Pro and Max versions equipped with dual-chamber air suspension. The cabin’s spaciousness is enhanced by thoughtful design elements, ensuring a comfortable experience for all occupants.Â
Price and Availability of Xiaomi YU7
In China, the YU7 is expected to be priced between Â¥215,900 and Â¥299,900, translating to approximately ₹25.4 lakh to ₹35.3 lakh. If the YU7 were to enter the Indian market, import duties and taxes could elevate the ex-showroom price to an estimated ₹28 lakh to ₹38 lakh, with on-road prices potentially ranging from ₹32 lakh to ₹42 lakh.Â
Currently, Xiaomi has no confirmed plans to launch the YU7 in India. However, the company has showcased its SU7 electric sedan in India, indicating a possible interest in the Indian EV market.
