The new Kawasaki Ninja 650 is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin engine, which is capable of generating 68hp of maximum power and 64Nm of peak torque.

The Honda CBR 650R, on the other hand, is powered by a 648.72cc liquid-cooled DOHC 16-valve inline-four engine. This engine is capable of generating maximum power of 86hp at 12,000rpm and peak torque of 57.5Nm at 8,500rpm. Both the bikes have 6-speed gearboxes.

The Kawasaki Ninja 650 bike is capable of running with a top speed of around 212 kmph. It is claimed that this bike is capable of covering a distance of about 20 to 22 kilometers in one liter of petrol.
Honda CBR 650R bike has a high top speed. This bike is capable of running at a top speed of 240 kmph.
