Maruti Suzuki’s premium MPV, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto, has achieved a prestigious 5-star safety rating from Bharat NCAP, making it one of the safest cars in its segment.

The strong-hybrid three-row MPV impressed by scoring high in both adult and child occupant protection tests. Bharat NCAP tested the Alpha+ 7-seater and Zeta+ 8-seater variants, with the vehicle carrying a crash test weight of 1,946 kg.

This recognition highlights Maruti Suzuki’s growing focus on safety along with comfort and performance. With this rating, the Invicto not only offers space and hybrid efficiency but also strong assurance of safety for families.

In crash tests, the Maruti Suzuki Invicto scored 30.43 out of 32 points for adult safety and 45 out of 49 for child protection. The MPV delivered outstanding results in the side impact test, achieving full marks, and also showed strong performance in the frontal offset test.

The Maruti Invicto is equipped with the Nexa Safety Shield package that offers six airbags (front, side, and curtain), ESP with hill hold assist, 3-point seatbelts for every seat, and ISOFIX mounts for child seats.

It also gets a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and all four disc brakes for better control. Other safety features include ABS with EBD, an electronic parking brake with auto hold, a 360-degree camera for easier parking, and Suzuki Connect with e-Call for quick help in emergencies.

Power comes from a 2.0-litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor, making a combined 184 PS. It uses an e-CVT automatic gearbox and offers an impressive mileage of about 23 km/l.

Inside, the cabin is spacious with three rows of seats for 7 or 8 passengers. Top trims get captain seats in the middle row. Features include a panoramic sunroof, a large touchscreen with wireless connectivity, digital driver display, ventilated seats, multi-zone AC, ambient lighting, and a powered tailgate.
