Priced at Rs 5.75 lakh (ex-showroom, India), the motorcycle will be produced in a limited run of just 100 individually numbered units globally, with only 25 units allocated for the Indian market.
Let’s take a closer look at what makes this special edition motorcycle unique.
Whats New in Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts edition?
The Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts edition is based on the standard Shotgun 650 and takes inspiration from the ‘Caliber Royale’ custom motorcycle created by Taiwanese custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts.
The bike was first revealed at EICMA 2025 and later showcased in India at Motoverse 2025. It gets a special paint scheme with Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black shades, along with hand-painted gold stripes, grey highlights, a brass Rough Crafts badge, and individually numbered fuel tanks. Other premium touches include black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, stylish alloy wheels, and gold-finished front fork tubes.

Each motorcycle will also come with a special numbered artwork featuring a sketch of the Caliber Royale custom motorcycle, designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh. The limited-edition model will be sold through Royal Enfield’s ‘Drop’ format, with global deliveries taking place between July 27 and July 30.
In India, only 25 units will be available, and interested buyers need to register through the Royal Enfield app or official website between July 15 and July 30. The first 25 customers to complete their purchase on July 30 at 7 PM IST will get the motorcycle.
Mechanically, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts edition remains unchanged and continues with the same 648cc parallel-twin air/oil-cooled engine producing 47 hp and 52.3 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. The updates are mainly focused on styling and exclusive features, making it a more premium and collectible version of the standard Shotgun 650.
