2026 Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition Launched: See What’s New Over Regular Bolero

Mahindra has introduced the 2026 Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition with a new bronze-themed exterior and updated cabin details. Unlike a full model update, the Bold Edition comes as an exclusive accessories package for the existing Bolero.

It adds several cosmetic changes and a rear-view camera while retaining the SUV’s familiar boxy design and diesel powertrain. The new edition gets bronze accents across the exterior, along with bronze-finished alloy wheels and roof rails.

Inside, Mahindra has added black leatherette seats with bronze detailing. The Bolero Bold Edition continues to target buyers who want the rugged SUV with a more distinctive appearance.

2026 Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition: What’s New?

The Mahindra Bolero Bold Edition gets several visual changes that differentiate it from the regular SUV. The front grille receives bronze inserts, while the lower bumper and fog-lamp surrounds also feature matching bronze detailing. Mahindra has extended the theme to the sides with bronze ORVM appliqués and dual-tone black-and-bronze door cladding. The SUV also gets bronze-finished alloy wheels and roof rails with matching accents.

The cabin receives black leatherette seats with bronze highlights. The front seats feature contrasting detailing around the edges and headrests, while Bolero branding appears on the front backrests. The package also includes edition-specific floor mats.

One of the useful additions is a rear-view camera with coloured guidelines. This feature improves visibility while reversing and adds some extra convenience to the otherwise utilitarian SUV.

Importantly, the Bold Edition does not bring mechanical changes. It retains the 1.5-litre, three-cylinder mHawk75 diesel engine, which produces 76hp and 210Nm. A five-speed manual gearbox sends power to the rear wheels.

How Is the Bold Edition Different From the Regular Bolero?

The regular Mahindra Bolero retains its familiar rugged appearance with a simple grille, standard body cladding and conventional alloy wheels. The Bold Edition keeps the same basic body and proportions but adds bronze detailing throughout the exterior. Bronze grille inserts, fog-lamp surrounds, ORVM accents, alloy wheels, door cladding and roof rails give it a more distinctive look.

The biggest cabin changes include black leatherette upholstery with bronze accents, designer floor mats and the addition of a rear-view camera. The standard mechanical package remains unchanged. The Bold Edition is therefore mainly aimed at buyers who want additional styling and convenience without moving away from the Bolero’s familiar rugged character.
