Honda Cars India has set an ambitious goal for the Indian market, planning to launch 10 new vehicles by 2030.
This exciting roadmap includes the introduction of 7 SUVs, alongside 3 additional models that could be hatchbacks or sedans.
What’s noteworthy is that these upcoming vehicles will feature a mix of electric and internal combustion engine (ICE) models. Currently, Honda’s offerings are limited to the Honda Amaze, City, and Elevate.

Honda Focus On SUVs Sales
For a reference Honda wants to meet India’s demand for larger, versatile vehicles and not miss out on this growth opportunity. Honda is repositioning its portfolio accordingly. The company will shift from sedans toward more SUV offerings and electrified powertrains.
Honda is betting on a new global architecture (PF2) as well as hybrid and electric-vehicle technologies. These new models are expected to include strong-hybrid variants and a dedicated EV model for India, giving Honda the flexibility to cater to both ICE-focused and electrified buyers.
