Honda Elevate Facelift Launch Tomorrow: Expected Features, Price and Design
Honda Cars India is ready to launch the updated Elevate SUV in India on October 6, 2026. The Honda Elevate facelift will get a refreshed exterior, more features and an updated cabin. Honda has already opened pre-bookings for the new SUV at a booking amount of Rs. 21,000. India will also become the first market globally to receive the updated Elevate.
The facelift comes as Honda looks to make its mid-size SUV more competitive against newer rivals. The company has released several teasers that reveal key design changes and new equipment. Honda is expected to announce the complete variant-wise price list and feature details at the launch tomorrow.

Honda Elevate Facelift Design Changes
The 2026 Honda Elevate facelift will retain the basic shape and proportions of the current SUV, but Honda will introduce several styling changes. The front section gets the biggest update. Honda has added new horizontal segmented LED daytime running lights that connect with the grille. The Honda logo has also moved from the grille to the bonnet.
The SUV will also get a revised grille and bumper design. At the rear, teaser images indicate connected LED tail-lamps and minor changes to the bumper. The 17-inch alloy wheel design appears largely unchanged. Honda has also shown a new lighter cabin theme and additional exterior design elements.
Honda Elevate Facelift Expected Features
Honda is expected to make a bigger improvement to the Elevate’s equipment list than its exterior design. The facelift could get a larger touchscreen infotainment system, updated connectivity features and a revised digital instrument cluster. A 360-degree camera also appears in Honda’s teaser, which would improve parking and low-speed visibility.
The new Elevate could also get ventilated front seats, adding a feature that several rivals already offer. Other expected upgrades include a powered co-driver’s seat, rear sunblinds, dual-zone climate control and improved cabin trim. Honda could also introduce ambient lighting across the dashboard and door pads.
The SUV will continue with Honda’s safety package, including the Honda Sensing ADAS system. Features such as adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, collision mitigation braking and road departure mitigation are expected to continue.
Honda Elevate Facelift Engine and Mileage
Honda is expected to retain the existing 1.5-litre naturally aspirated four-cylinder petrol engine. The current engine produces around 121hp and 145Nm of torque and comes with a six-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission.
Honda has not confirmed a hybrid powertrain for the facelift. The company also does not appear to have planned major mechanical changes for the updated SUV. This means buyers can expect the facelift to focus mainly on design, features and cabin upgrades rather than engine changes.
The current Elevate offers a claimed mileage of up to 16.92kmpl, depending on the transmission and variant. The facelift’s official mileage figures will become clear after Honda announces the final specifications.
Honda Elevate Facelift Expected Price and Rivals
Honda has not announced the facelift’s official price yet. The current Elevate costs Rs. 11.90 lakh to Rs. 17 lakh, ex-showroom, while the facelift could command a premium because of its additional features.
The updated SUV will rival the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Victoris, Maruti Grand Vitara, Tata Sierra, Skoda Kushaq and Volkswagen Taigun.
