Mahindra XUV400 vs Tata Punch EV: Design

Tata Punch EV, it has slim LED headlights, a closed grille, new alloy wheels, connected LED taillights and connected LED DRLs at the front. It is built on the company’s Generation-2 pure EV platform ACTI-EV.

Mahindra XUV400 is built on Electric Scalable and Modular Architecture (MESMA) platform. Its front air dam is covered with X design elements and the company’s new logo is given in the middle.

Tata Punch EV has been launched in the option of 2 battery packs. It has the option of first 25 kWh and second 35 kWh battery pack, which are capable of giving a range of 315 kilometres per charge and 421 kilometres per charge respectively.

The Mahindra XUV400 is offered with a 39.5 kW battery pack option. This setup is capable of generating power of 150 bhp and peak torque of 310 Nm. This SUV has the capability of giving a range of 456 kilometers in a single charge.

Mahindra XUV400 vs Tata Punch EV: Cabin

The Punch EV will also feature a large 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, digital instrument cluster, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and automatic climate control. Features like 6 airbags, traction control, hill assist and ESC have been provided in this vehicle.

Mahindra XUV400 has a bootspace of 378-litres. The Citroen eC3 Shine comes with only 350-litre bootspace. For safety both car are equipped with features like airbags and parking camera have been provided in both the vehicles.

Tata Punch EV has been launched at a starting price of Rs 10.99 lakh and price of its long range model is Rs 14.49 lakh. The price of Mahindra XUV400 ranges between Rs 15.99 lakh to Rs 19.39 lakh.

Mahindra XUV400 is on of the solid electric car available in the country, But due to the affordable price our vote goes to the Tata Punch EV. This car is better option for you.
