Toyota Kirloskar Motor June 2026 Sales: Total Dispatches Climb 7% to 31,016 Units
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) continued its positive sales momentum in June 2026, reporting total wholesales of 31,016 units, a 7% year-on-year (YoY) increase compared to 28,869 units in June 2025.
The growth was driven by healthy demand in the domestic market, where the automaker sold 28,441 vehicles, while exports also posted steady gains at 2,575 units.
Strong demand for models such as the Innova HyCross, Urban Cruiser Hyryder, Fortuner and Glanza helped Toyota maintain its upward trajectory despite intensifying competition in India’s passenger vehicle market.

On a year-on-year basis, Toyota Kirloskar Motor delivered another month of steady growth. Total wholesales increased by 7%, while domestic sales rose 8% to 28,441 units.
The company’s expanding SUV and MPV portfolio, coupled with sustained customer interest in hybrid models such as the Urban Cruiser Hyryder and Innova HyCross, continued to drive showroom demand.
Stable export volumes further supported Toyota’s overall sales performance during June.
Month-on-Month Performance Reflects Stable Demand
Compared with May 2026, Toyota maintained consistent sales momentum despite varying market conditions across the industry.
Healthy bookings for its hybrid SUVs and MPVs, along with improved availability across dealerships, helped sustain dispatches during June.
Models including the Innova HyCross, Fortuner, Glanza, Taisor and Rumion continued to attract buyers, allowing Toyota to post another strong monthly performance as it entered the second quarter of FY2026-27.
Exports Continue to Complement Domestic Growth
Toyota exported 2,575 vehicles in June 2026, registering 7% growth over the corresponding month last year. While the domestic market remained the primary contributor to overall volumes, exports continued to strengthen Toyota’s manufacturing operations in India and supported the company’s long-term strategy of expanding its presence in overseas markets.
