VinFast VF MPV 7 Gets Rs. 4.10 Lakh Price Cut in India, Now Costs Rs. 20.39 Lakh
VinFast India has reduced the price of its seven-seater electric MPV, VinFast VF MPV 7, by Rs. 4.10 lakh. The electric MPV now carries an ex-showroom price of Rs. 20.39 lakh, compared to its original launch price of Rs. 24.49 lakh.
The revised pricing makes the VF MPV 7 more affordable for customers looking for a three-row electric family vehicle. The price reduction comes around six months after its India launch in April 2026.
Despite the significant price revision, VinFast has not introduced any changes to the vehicle’s battery pack, electric motor, claimed driving range or equipment.
VinFast VF MPV 7 New Price and Discount Details
The VinFast VF MPV 7 has received a direct price reduction of Rs. 4.10 lakh in India. Its original price of Rs. 24.49 lakh has come down to Rs. 20.39 lakh (ex-showroom). This represents a reduction of approximately 16.7 percent over the previous price. The electric MPV is available in a single, fully loaded configuration with a seven-seat layout.
The revised price makes it more competitive against other electric vehicles with three-row seating. VinFast has not announced any changes to the equipment list alongside the price revision.
The company has also not specified whether the new pricing is a limited-period offer or a permanent revision.
VinFast VF MPV 7 Battery, Powertrain and Range
The VinFast VF MPV 7 continues with a 60.13kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted permanent magnet synchronous electric motor. The motor produces 204hp of maximum power and 280Nm of peak torque.
It sends power to the front wheels and allows the electric MPV to accelerate from 0-100kmph in less than 9 seconds. The company claims an ARAI-certified driving range of 517km on a single charge.
The battery supports 80kW DC fast charging and 6.9kW AC charging. With a compatible DC fast charger, the battery can charge from 10 to 70 percent in approximately 30 minutes.
VinFast VF MPV 7: Design, Features and Safety
The VinFast VF MPV 7 features a minimalist exterior design with a wide front profile, LED lighting elements and a spacious three-row cabin. It measures 4,740mm in length and has a 2,840mm wheelbase.
Inside, the electric MPV gets a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity, automatic climate control and rear AC controls. It offers a 2+3+2 seating arrangement for seven occupants.
Safety and convenience equipment includes multiple airbags, electronic stability control, a rear parking camera and parking sensors. The MPV also offers 126 litres of boot space with all three rows in use, which increases to 1,240 litres with the rear seats folded.

The VinFast VF MPV 7 now costs Rs. 20.39 lakh (ex-showroom), down from Rs. 24.49 lakh. Its key rivals include the Kia Carens Clavis EV, Mahindra XEV 9S and BYD eMax 7. The revised price makes it a more competitive option in India’s electric three-row vehicle segment.
